Go ahead and treat yourself.

Looking for delicious snacks to indulge in without feeling the guilt? These four brands founded by intelligent, hardworking women will surely satisfy your cravings without wrecking your diet!

Amazin’ Graze

If you want tasty, guilt-free snacks and breakfast, look no further because Amazin’ Graze offers exactly that, made with 100% natural ingredients and no artificial additives. From brownie chips to nut butters to granolas, you can find flavours we have grown to love in Southeast Asia, such as tropical superfoods and classical flavours. The snacks are baked and packaged everyday in Malaysia, so snacks are guaranteed to be fresh when they are delivered to your door, whether you’re in Singapore, Australia or anywhere else in the world!

In 2015, the founders of Amazin’ Graze, Amy Zheng, Ching Yi Lee and Sabrina How left their corporate jobs to create healthier food alternatives for an ambitious and conscious community. They started by creating a range of granolas and nut mixes, which are still available on the website today. Amazin’ Graze is a firm believer in “you are what you eat.” They understand that good, nutritious food is a key ingredient to living an impactful and happy life. Through amazing and healthy food, they aim to offer nourishing snacks, create joy, and empower people.

Snow Monkey

“If mother nature didn’t make it, we didn’t use it.” All Snow Monkey ice cream pints are plant-based, natural, and dairy-free. Made from only fruits, seeds, and superfoods, they offer flavours from Açai Berry to Maple Cinnamon to Matcha Green Tea. To top it off, their allergen friendly  ice cream contains more than 20 grams of protein per pint! This women-owned and operated ice cream brand is also 100% committed to only sourcing ethical, non-GMO ingredients. This means that they source from farmers and suppliers who use sustainable, ethical and environmentally-friendly practices, and choose ingredients that have not been genetically modified.

Founded by female athlete, Rachel Geicke, Snow Monkey was born out of personal necessity. Having to juggle the regimented diet required by her sport and training, the restrictiveness of Celiac disease and her desire to indulge, she began churning frozen bananas to create makeshift healthy “ice cream.” She slowly began adding other superfoods and seeds to up the nutritional profile. Soon enough, her friends and family were coming to her for healthy ice cream, and now her pints can be found in Nature Village stores around Hong Kong!

Rial Dates

Rial Dates is a premium healthy vegan dessert serving chocolate truffles, nuts dates, dates syrup, and other dates goodness. All of their desserts are date-based and free of added sugar. Packaged in sustainable truffle boxes, these snacks are a perfect gift for yourself and your loved ones. Rial Dates now deliver nationwide in Thailand.

Started by two sisters in their early twenties, Nikki and Rami Sachdev created these date-based desserts because they noticed a lack of truly healthy desserts that do not compromise on taste. Their desserts are decadent yet nutritious, capturing the interest of health conscious sweet tooths. The sisters are also trying to eat a more plant-based diet, and they do not digest lactose well, like a lot of people they know personally, which is why they decided to make their desserts vegan and gluten-free.

Conspiracy Chocolate

Calling all chocolate lovers! Conspiracy Chocolate is a bean-to-bar artisan chocolate brand sold in 35 shops in Hong Kong. All Conspiracy Chocolate is 75% or higher and does not contain any other ingredients besides pure cacao and minimal amounts of organic raw cane sugar – their chocolate is accidentally vegan! Conspiracy Chocolate offers unique flavours ranging from Earl Grey to Sourdough to Sichuan Pepper, and they even sell CBD chocolate and the first CBG chocolate in Hong Kong.

Celine Herren co-founded Conspiracy Chocolate with her partner, Amit Oz in 2018. As the COO and a chocolate maker at Conspiracy Chocolate, Celine is responsible for the company's operations and production of the chocolate. The pair began their chocolate making journey by experimenting with a range of flavours based on their culinary curiosity. Combining the Swiss traditional way of making chocolate with the spices and herbs commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine, they created this healthy, nutrient-dense chocolate bar.

Claudia Tung

Claudia Tung was born and raised in Hong Kong, but attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she studied marketing, consulting and psychology. She has previously written for The Busy Woman Project and BrocnBells on women's wellbeing and fitness. During her semester abroad in Manchester, UK, Claudia also started her own travel blog to document her adventures. Through her words, she hopes to empower women and encourage individuality and self-discovery. If she is not writing or working, you can probably find her lifting barbells, hanging off a rock climbing wall or stuffing her face with food (any food will do – she is not picky).
