Stockton

This not-so-secret bar located in Wyndham is home to all sorts of special displays and knick knacks that keep us on our toes. Dive into the holiday mood with their unique take on the classic Mulled Wine made with cognac, sugar, and more than 10 types of blended spices. It has a light, warm flavour and a slight tangy aftertaste that will keep you begging for seconds.

It’s not Christmas without Eggnog and they’ve nailed it with frothy egg white and a creamy milk blend that goes perfectly with bourbon, cognac and rum. This year, don’t miss the bar’s special and limited item—year old aged mulled wine (served on a first come, first serve basis). Be the first to try this exquisite drink!

Aqua spirit 

The newly renovated Aqua Spirit now sits in HZentre, including two incredible outdoor garden terraces that provide the perfect spots to sip on innovative cocktails while marvelling at the magnificent views that you won’t be able to take your eyes off.  

Kick-start the holidays with the limited-edition Christmas Kiss (HK$148) cocktail crafted with Hennessy V.S.O.P, whole egg, and cardamom. This golden tipple is topped with grated nutmeg and vibrant cranberries.

The Dispensary 

Toast the holidays with the wonderful Golden Christmas (HK$138) cocktail at The Dispensary. Enjoy mulled gin, caramel, and fermented apples, finished with chocolate bitters and topped up with Veuve Clicquot Champagne. The glass is decadently brushed with gold salted caramel and chocolate. You are guaranteed to feel the Christmas spirit with this special drink.

Feather & Bone

Known as the popular online deli destination for gourmet staples, fresh produce, and groceries, Feather & Bone is ready for the holiday season with their touch of “Three Butchers” Mulled Wine (HK$68 per glass/HK$328 per bottle for dine-in; HK$168 per bottle/HK$48 for takeaway). Using the classic recipe with a Feather & Bone twist combining fresh nutmeg, vanilla pods, star anise, cinnamon, soft dark brown sugar, cloves, orange, lemon juice, and red wine for the perfect winter treat. “Three Butchers” is their very own house label that utilises premium ingredients and products used in their kitchen!

Darkside

Find holiday cheer at Darkside, Rosewood Hong Kong’s speakeasy-style jazz bar specialising in dark spirits, cigars and chocolate.

Indulge yourself in the Christmas mood with good music and Darkside’s seasonal cocktail: Lost in the Toddy ($180) is inspired by the iconic Hot Todd, made with Bruichladdich, The Classic Laddie, Biscotti, lemon, apple, ginger, chamomile, and cinnamon Tea. All The Way Mulled Wine ($180) is the bar’s take on the classic mulled wine, made with Rémy Martin VSOP, Visciolata del Cardinale, spices, and ginger.

The Diplomat

The Diplomat is here to teach you all about the delicious drinks they have in store this winter season. Spice things up with their Pumpkin Spice Irish Coffee, a festive take on their signature Irish Coffee, for an extra kick after your Christmas dinner.

Saving the best for last, The Diplomat will be serving Aged Eggnog (even takeaway if you please) on Christmas Eve and Christmas day only in 400ml (HK$600) or 700ml (HK$1000). 

Uma Nota 

Spend this holiday season at Uma Nota for nights full of festivities and good vibes! The chefs have curated menus and drinks to perfectly complement the winter spirit.

The Uma Nota Mulled Wine (HK$75) takes a spicy approach to the traditional festive tipple, with red wine, cachaça, yuzu sake, and spices— all topped off with the freshest fruits. If you’re feeling something more bubbly, get a bottle of their G.H Mumm Champagne ($550)—it will definitely liven up your Christmas and New Years celebrations!

This winter, catch a cold (drink) at the doctor’s office! Dr. Fern’s has always been that hidden gem hiding in plain sight, but don’t miss it this time around. They’ve got limited-edition cocktails to get guests into the mood for some caroling around Central! 

Dr. Fern’s Santa’s Toddy with Christmas Gin Jelly (HK$180)—made with Four Pillars Christmas Gin mixed with cinnamon and clove syrup, hot water, lemon juice, and ginger honey—is a tasty cocktail that feels like a warm hug in a glass.

If you want something more colourful, try Dr. Fern’s Blackberry G&T Blackberry Gin Jelly (HK$160)! One dose of this and you’ll be set to go. Only 10 servings of each cocktail are available each day, so don’t wait up!
