Stella Audrey L, Hong Kong Powerlifting Champion 2021 & Strength Coach
Stella is passionate about empowering more women to embrace their inner strength and to set their own beauty standards. On any given day, she can be found training hard at the gym, coaching her clients online and offline, or working on her new activewear brand for athletes (The LFG Squad). Growing up in Singapore, she battled with depression once – the result of a government-mandated child overweight program (TAF Club) and an unhealthy family relationship that negatively affected her self-confidence. Having lived abroad since, Stella came back to Hong Kong for work in 2016 and found passion in strength training. Now she aspires to inspire more women to believe in themselves, to set their own goals, and to strength train for overall physical and mental health benefits.
Maisie Kwong, Miss Friendship of Miss Hong Kong 2020 & Life Coach
“I have made it my life mission to inspire each and every single person I come across in life. It is my goal to empower them to reach their fullest potential in order to follow their dreams and passion .”
Maisie was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She attended The Bishop Strachan School - Canada’s oldest independent school for girls with the motto “Girls can do anything”. After graduating from the London School of Economics, Maisie moved to Hong Kong where she now works in investment banking. She is also a life coach, mindfulness coach, and mental health advocate. Maisie was also awarded Miss Friendship in the 2020 Miss Hong Kong Pageant and was selected as one of the 2021 Hong Kong Professional Elite Ladies.
